At JetPack Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that are missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@jetpackpro.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first receiving an RMA number.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, JetPack Pro will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@jetpackpro.com.
