1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD within the contiguous United States.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer than standard estimates.
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@jetpackpro.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. JetPack Pro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
